Facilitation

London Skyline

The LLA are in the process of transition to a new system called ConneX, which will be launched early February 2016. If you would like to register as a facilitator or to  then please click here.

What is facilitation?

Facilitation is the act of making something easier. A facilitator will work with a group of people to help them have a conversation, come to agreement, or plan for the future. The facilitator acts as a trusted and neutral outside voice, making decisions about the process the group goes through but allows the group to focus on and control the content of the discussion.

The London Leadership Academy has added the FacilitatorNet register, which is similar to the CoachNet and MentorNet registers. FacilitatorNet will provide a service to enable groups to find qualified and experienced facilitators, as well as an online facility to manage that relationship. The facilitators will be available to provide facilitation for a variety of contexts including, team meetings, project groups and problem solving.  If you wish to register as a facilitator or facilitation customer, but are not yet registered, apply here.
