A Regional Approach to Talent Management

This report was commissioned by the London Leadership Academy to investigate how a regional approach can support a step change in talent management in line with the NHS England Five Year Forward View. Work at the regional level will need to build on and support both the initiatives in individual institutions in the NHS and the work at a national level including the programmes led my Monitor for the Top 200 and the leadership work run by the National Leadership Academy.
