Anne-Marie has worked in the NHS for the last 10 years, at both national and regional level in policy development, leadership development and workforce development. Prior to that she has worked in the Department of Health and the Benefits Agency. She is currently Head of the London Leadership Academy, a pan London leadership organisation that is part of a network of ten academies across England under the NHS Leadership Academy. She is experienced in the commissioning, design and delivery of leadership development and talent management programmes. She particularly focuses on strategic system leadership, governance, cross organisational and multi-disciplinary development. She has worked with many individuals including CEOs, Directors and Chairs to set up successful networks across London to support both leadership and learning; leading programmes for aspiring chief executives and directors, OD and talent management. Anne-Marie is an active qualified coach, facilitator and supervisor and OD consultant. Her approach to development is based on her belief that everyone has the ability within themselves to reach their full potential.

Kay currently leads on the associates and consultany programme for the London Leadership Academy. She has over 10 years of programme and project management experience and has a passion for inclusion and diversity. In addition, Kay is a fully qualified Barrister having being called to the Bar in 2015. In Kay's spare time she is also the Founder of Landi's Kitchen, a cookery school based in East London.

Samantha has worked for the London Leadership Academy for over five years and has an extensive background in Learning and Development. Samantha oversees the Diversity & Inclusion agenda and is Chair of the NHS BME Network of Networks. She has a CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development, a trained LLA Consultant and an Action Learning Set Facilitator. Samantha is also a Life Coach (EMCC Practitioner) and PRINCE2 qualified.

Currently supporting the London Leadership Academy as a Senior Programme Lead, Sotiris leads on the Coaching and Mentoring portfolio. In addition, Sotiris' has a background in Finance having worked in NHS Trusts and other ALBs

Bernie has worked for the London Leadership Academy for five years and has worked for the NHS in other senior administration roles since 2003. She undertakes the office management and business support function of the LLA team. Her mantra in this role is that LLA “should continue to secure value for money

Runa brings a vast array of experience ranging from the 3rd sector managing Oxfam’s poverty programme, empowering and building communities through to government in evidence based policy making with the Welsh Assembly Government and now works with us in leadership development since 2014. Runa leads on our Talent Management programme and is a qualified coach and mentor, ALS and 360 feedback facilitator as well as a Wave and Swift Occupational Psychometric facilitator. She is passionate about tapping into and maximising the leadership potential of others and holds strong belief in the innate capabilities of others.

Eren has worked for the London Leadership Academy for just over a year. He is a leadership development coordinator for the Inclusion and Patient Leadership work streams. Eren is also studying a masters degree in Occupational Psychology, and is a BPS accredited Occupational ability and personality test user. Eren has a strong interest in looking at how areas of social, cognitive, and behavioral psychology can be applied in the workplace.

Mark has worked at the London Leadership Academy since July 2016 leading on Systems and Organisational Development. Prior to this, Mark has worked in a variety of senior leadership roles focusing on learning, OD and HR.

Keith has worked for the London Leadership Academy since July 2017, with a background in Human Resources acquired through working in the commercial; further and higher education, government, housing, hospitality, NHS and not-for-profit sectors. Keith oversees a portfolio that includes: Apprenticeships; NHS GMTS and Talent Management. In addition, he is an executive coach, Microsoft office train the trainer, accredited MBTI and 360 feedback facilitator. Keith likes to listen to understanding the needs of the customer in order to build capacity for individuals, teams and organisations to leave them in a better space than before he arrived.

Sherin has an extensive background within learning and development having worked within Higher Education Institutions prior to transitioning into the NHS. Now, working as a Learning and Development Co-ordinator Sherin focuses on Organisational Development and helps to manage the London Womens Leadership Network.

Jo Betterton

Jo joined the London Leadership Academy in June 2018 with a background in Primary Care. She trained as a nurse and social worker and has worked in a range of settings from developing shared care services for substance misusers, to delivering the RCGP Drugs Misuse Management Training Programme, and more recently supporting the development of primacy care teams in the current changing landscape. Jo oversees a portfolio that includes Primary Care Leadership development , Inclusion, the London Women's Leadership Network and Darzi Fellowships.

Kashmira currently works on the award winning Graduate Management Training scheme within London to source future leaders of the NHS. When Kashmira isn't at work her passion is for acting and dancing and is a professional dancer with training in Indian Classical, Indian Folk, Ballet, Jazz and many other styles.

Sam Daley

Sam has recently been appointed as the Learning and Development Support Officer to help support Talent Management and the Graduate Management Training scheme. Sam previously worked in the NHS as an HR apprentice and studied towards his level 5 CIPD. When Sam isn’t at work he takes a big interest in his personal fitness and training and competes to a very high level in canoe sprint.
