Our capital city is a complex place to work as a leader in the public sector. London is one of the most diverse cities in the world, requiring leaders to reach out across boundaries to build new relationships, be visionary and also open-minded to embrace innovative solutions to the challenges this complexity creates. So how can we work together better, to lead together better, across healthcare systems and boundaries to deliver outstanding care and services to patients, carers, service users and citizens across London?
The London Leadership Academy invites you to join us on Friday 9th February for our Leadership Summit, a day for leaders from across the health sector and wider to learn, share and connect. The Summit offers attendees a of range interactive and practical masterclasses and workshops around: inclusion, talent management, systems leadership and organisation development. At ‘London is Open-Minded’, we want to broaden your perspectives, make new networks and be open to new learning. As Sadiq Khan says: “We don’t simply tolerate each other’s differences, we celebrate them”.
The Mayor of London’s flagship campaign #LondonisOpen shows the world that London remains entrepreneurial, international, full of creativity and possibilities. London is the best
city in the world, lets ensure it has the best-led healthcare service too.
London Leadership Academy is a pan-London NHS organisation that develops leadership capability and capacity across the Capital.
