2017 Programme Portfolio
This programme portfolio outlines what leadership development opportunities are on offer to health and care leaders in London via the NHS London Leadership Academy for 2017-2018.
It is designed to support line managers and employees in making decisions regarding appropriate and useful leadership and senior management development interventions. The primary aim is to provide information about the range of interventions on offer by the London Leadership Academy. All of these programmes have been successfully delivered by the LLA and their partners in the past, so have a clear and evidenced impact on learning. Due to funding constraints, the LLA is not able to offer all of these programmes fully subsidised for NHS employees – but they are all available for organisations and systems to jointly commission-at-scale in order to save money and ensure return on investment for employers.
